I prepare personalized programs for my clients based on their individual needs. Every person has different goals and requirements

I collect your information. Let me try to explain what I will need.

I need photos to assess your physical condition. Additionally, I compare your new photos each month so that you can see the progress you’ve made over time.

I collect your body measurements to keep a record. Since you will be taking measurements every month, please make sure to measure from the same points.

  8. Calf circumference (Measure at the widest point)
  9. Arm circumference (Measure at the widest point with the bicep flexed)

I Create a Detailed Plan

I create a detailed plan for you in an Excel document that suits your needs.

Within the plan, there will be detailed explanations for each exercise, including repetitions, sets, rest intervals, and more. Additionally, a YouTube video demonstrating each exercise will be provided alongside the description. Please note that these videos are in English and are sourced from YouTube. They have not been created by me, but they have been carefully selected for the best demonstration.

The plan will also include sections for pre-workout warm-up, mobility, and post-workout flexibility.

I want you to implement the plan, and I’ll try to be there with you throughout the process. This part is the portion you will do on your own according to our determined guidelines. You should perform your workouts in accordance with the plan. You may have questions at any time, and you can reach out to me via WhatsApp. I will respond to your inquiries promptly

How will your nutrition be?

I don’t provide detailed diet plans for nutrition. I don’t believe this approach is sustainable in the long run. Instead, I determine your daily calorie and macronutrient intake requirements for you. The amounts of protein, carbohydrates, and fats you need will be specified in grams. You will consume these according to your taste preferences.

You can use a suitable nutrition tracking application to see your daily calorie and macronutrient intake. When you track it yourself, you will quickly learn to balance your nutrition, and you will gain a deeper understanding of this topic


Your programs are structured for 4 weeks. At the end of each 4-week period, I take new photos and measurements to compare your progress. I observe your development and create a new program based on your current status. Each program is slightly more advanced than the previous one.

When creating the programs, I take your level into account. I always incorporate exercise progressions, and I select different exercises for each level. This approach makes learning and progressing in exercises easier.

I understand that you are not a professional athlete and that you have work, family, and life responsibilities. I plan accordingly to accommodate these situations.If you record your exercise videos, you can always send them to me for evaluation. This is a good method for accurate learning. You can review yourself and quickly identify any mistakes

First and foremost, I want you to know that my clients are not professional athletes; they have family, work, and life responsibilities. It’s important to note that a significant portion of them did not permit the publication of their photos. Please evaluate the results with this context in mind.
